By booking an interview on The Thriller Pitch Podcast, you agree to the following terms:
Consent to Record
You consent to the audio and/or video recording of your interview. These recordings may be edited and published as part of the podcast on platforms including, but not limited to, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and other audio or video distribution services.
Permission to Publish and Promote
You grant Mark P.J. Nadon and The Thriller Pitch Podcast the right to distribute, promote, and publicly share your episode in full or in part for purposes related to podcast production and promotion. This includes, but is not limited to, use on social media, websites, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Editing and Publication Discretion
All interviews may be edited for clarity, content, and length. Booking an interview does not guarantee that the episode will be published. The host reserves the right to withhold or delay publication of any episode at their discretion.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. I understand that unexpected situations may arise, and I’ll do my best to accommodate changes. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows, however, may affect eligibility to appear on the podcast.
Representation and Responsibility
By participating in the interview, you confirm that the content you share is your own or that you have the appropriate rights and permissions to discuss it publicly. You also agree not to disclose confidential, proprietary, or otherwise restricted information during the interview.
Promotion of the Episode
Guests are expected to help promote their episode once it airs by sharing it with their audience through at least one channel (e.g., email list, social media, or website). Promotion materials or links will be provided in advance to make this process easy. Sharing helps both the podcast and the featured guest reach a wider audience.
